Shipping & Returns


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY MERCHANDISE?

Orders are processed and shipped the same day if the order is placed before 3PM EST. Orders placed after 3PM EST will be processed the same day and will ship the following morning. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a number to track your package. Also, you can check “My Account” page for updates on your purchase.

HOW WILL MY MERCHANDISE BE SHIPPED?

 Standard

-       FedEx Ground/Home Delivery:       1 to 6 business days (Free for orders above $99)

Express

-       Second day delivery:                        2 business days

-       Standard Overnight:                         Next day delivery (afternoon or evening)

-       Priority Overnight:                             Next day delivery (morning)

 

If the order is placed after 3PM EST and one of the express shipping methods is selected, add one more business day to the delivery times shown above.

FedEx will make 3 delivery attempts (only one per day). If you are not home, the carrier will leave a Door Tag with the contact information on every attempt.

FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. If your shipping address is a PO Box, Givingmart will use a USPS shipping method.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE STATUS SAYS ‘DELIVERED’, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT YET?

Most packages arrive by the estimated delivery date listed in My Account. If you don’t receive the package by then, please allow an additional day or two for the package to be delivered. Please note that carriers may deliver packages up until 8 p.m.

CAN MY ORDER BE SHIPPED OUT OF THE UNITED STATES?

Givingmart does not ship internationally or to U.S. territories. We offer delivery options within the Continental U.S., Alaska/Hawaii, APO/FPO, and PO Boxes.

WHY WAS MY PACKAGE UNDELIVERABLE?

Sometimes packages are returned to the sender as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Givingmart, we issue a full refund (including shipping charges). We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site.  If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact Givingmart by completing the Contact Us form.  Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:  Item is too big for a P.O. box. Some items are too big to ship to a P.O. box and must be shipped to a street address.  Incorrect Address. If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.

WILL MY MERCHANDISE ARRIVE AT THE SAME TIME?

If the items are sent from the same location and same manufacturer, they could arrive on the same day. However, if you ordered multiple items or a single item that comes in multiple boxes, each item could be shipped from a different location and therefore can arrive within days of each other.

RETURNS

Givingmart believes in good customer service. We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If circumstances change and you need to cancel an order or return an item, please review the information below.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you want to cancel an order that you recently placed, please email us at support@givingmart.com

If you cancel the order after we ship the item(s), you will receive a refund, excluding shipping cost.Refunds will be processed after the items have been received by Givingmart’s Returns Department.

We are unable to accept returns of items that are not in their original packaging or have been used.

RETURN POLICY

If you receive your order and you are not satisfied, you may return any eligible items within 30 days from receipt of delivery of merchandise.

Please note: Items may be returned in person at our boutique location in Atlanta, Georgia.

Refunds will be processed after the items have been received by Givingmart’s Returns Department.

We are unable to accept returns of items that are not in their original packaging or have been used.

Please include the packing slip of the order inside the box. If the returned item does not come with the packing slip that shows the order number and your information, we will not process the refund or exchange. SIZE EXCHANGES

Love your purchase, but it doesn't fit? We’ll be happy to exchange it for another size of the same product if we have it available in our inventory.

As part of the exchange, you will be asked to pay for the new item in full. You will be reimbursed to the original form of payment when we receive your return.

The item you received is damaged or is not the item you ordered

If you receive a damaged item or a different item from the one you ordered, we apologize! The refund or exchange is on us. Please contact customer support for further instructions.
